  • What if I need additional funding to develop a property?

    Part of the Edifice process is to assist with potential lending options. We have several resources in both the institutional lending and private equity arenas.

  • What does the development process look like?

    It varies, but there are many steps that are present in each project. Edifice has created a proven process that includes over 30 steps that works on a wide range of developments. See our Services page for more information.

  • What areas does Edifice develop in?

    Edifice currently focused on developing projects in Central Indiana, specifically Indianapolis, but has plans to expand to other regional markets.

  • Does Edifice provide construction management or consulting only?

    Through Edifice’s strategic business partners, we can provide both construction management and development consulting.

  • Does Edifice offer property management?

    Edifice assists clients through the stabilization period of the development, but then transitions the property management over to a 3rd party entity that is set up to handle the project for the long term.

  • What if I hit a roadblock on my development project?

    That’s to be expected. You need someone with the knowledge, experience and connections to navigate through any roadblocks.

  • Is now a good time to invest in property development?

    There’s never a bad time for a good deal. However, knowing a good deal from a bad one requires a well-thought-out approach. That’s where Edifice comes in.
